Seen & Heard: Church Street School on Sesame Street!

FROM CHURCH TO SESAME!
The Church Street School of Music & Art was featured in the third episode of the Sesame Street special “Cookie Monster Bake Sale” aired on the streaming platform MAX. The episode, titled “Block Party,” had students and staff members battle it out in a dessert-decorating obstacle course to raise money for new art supplies at Church Street School. The show was hosted by actress Yvette Nicole Brown and, of course, Cookie Monster, and shined a light on one of the school’s biggest events of the year, their annual free community block party The Happening. This year’s Happening is Sunday, June 8, from noon to 4p. More here and more later.
