LADDER 8 IN BRICK
The photog Robert Ripps caught this shot of a guy photographing his Lego model of Ladder 8, a.k.a. the Ghostbusters headquarters, with the real thing. “He told me it took him about 10 hours to assemble the Lego kit,” Robert said.
5 LISPENARD REHABBED
When they were sold out of the real estate portfolio of the late Peter Matera, I was sure 1 Lispenard (Nancy Whiskey) and 5 Lispenard were being assembled with #3 to be demolished. But #5 is now renovated, and the ground floor and basement are available for lease. Good news, I think, for Nancy Whiskey and some old-school Tribeca buildings.
