J. had the first sighting of Leonard Gourmet Deli, taking the corner space of 88 Leonard, aka 345 Broadway. And now another J. has these shots of QQ Nails & Spa — I just biked by another on Sixth and 13th — and more progress at the deli. I think that leaves one more space open?

Prime Essentials closed in 2022 after a decade on that corner and it was a real loss. The store opened in April 2011 and took all 7500 square feet on one floor and included a pharmacy and just about everything else.
