New Equinox gym coming to Varick and Watts

Equinox is opening a new location in Hudson Square — at 75 Varick between Canal and Watts, the building that also houses Chillhouse and the Jackie Robinson Museum.

The space is 30,000 square feet. Equinox also has another location just around the corner at 250 Hudson.

The company has 110 clubs worldwide and 34 in the city. The Tribeca location opened in 2003.

    There isn’t an Equinox at 250 Hudson – that’s only the showroom for this one. The closest to this are Printing House (421 Hudson) and Soho all the way on Prince and Crosby.
