I believe the last tenant in that space was Orior furniture? They opened in that spot in 2019 and decamped for Soho in 2022.

The company’s massage techniques are designed to increase metabolic rates, release excess toxins and assist with water retention, according to the website. A 60-minute session costs $239.

The Tox was founded in Los Angeles in 2019 by Courtney Yeager, who is still the CEO; the company is now franchised.
