SHELTER FOR PEARL STREET HAS BEEN REJECTED BY COURT
A judge in Manhattan Supreme Court has ordered that the city drop its plans for a homeless shelter at 320 Pearl, a former Hampton Inn adjacent to the Peck Slip School.

TENT & TRAILS BUILDING ON PARK PLACE HAS SOLD
21 Park Place, between Church and Broadway, collapsed in 2018 just after it was sold by the family who owned the outdoor gear store.

STARBUCKS ON GREENWICH & FRANKLIN HAS CLOSED
