HOLIDAY SHOPPING CRAWL DECEMBER 12-13
Eight local stores are hosting a Holiday Shopping Crawl the weekend of December 13 and 14, offering 10 to 15 percent off some of their more popular items. Stop by ONDA Beauty, Lola Tribeca, Duane Park Patisserie, Clic, Stella Tribeca Home, Boomerang Toys, Jenni Kayne and Laughing Man, using the handy map to stroll the neighborhood.

DONATING TOYS AT BOOMERANG
Boomerang Toys has recently helped found an organization ToyBox.NYC that matches holiday toy drives with local neighborhood toy stores rather than Amazon. They coordinate with Toys For Tots, NY Cares and others — so you can donate a toy and support a local business. More info and donation page here.

FARMERS MARKET NOW DORMANT AT RIGOR HILL
This past Tuesday marks the end of our farmers market season. A special thank you to Paul and Joe for making the trek down and connecting the phenomenal produce from our sister farm with the neighborhood. While we will miss those bustling Tuesday mornings, the farm functions year round and we will be receiving delicious winter produce throughout the colder months.

BPC TREE LIGHTING IS THURSDAY
Battery Park City will light its holiday tree on Thursday, December 4, 6p, in Rockefeller Park. The evening features carols, beverages, treats and special guests: the PS/IS 276 Advance Chorus, BMCC Downtown Chorus and a visit from you-know-who! There will be two collections for nonprofit organizations. Donations can be dropped off at 75 Battery Place, Monday to Friday, 9a to 4p, or brought to the Holiday Lights Celebration. More info here.
