HOLIDAY GIFT SHOP AT PS 234
The PS 234 PTA will host its second annual Holiday Pop Up Shop at the school on Saturday, December 6, from 11a to 3p. There will be more than 40 vendors, including Lola Tribeca, J. Crew, Bonbon, Stephanie Gottlieb, Julie Mollo, Helecho Collective and many more!

HAL BROMM GALLERY ORNAMENT BENEFIT SALE
The Hal Bromm Gallery will host the Gift of Art sale, a holiday ornament sale benefitting the ACLU. Through December 20 at the gallery, 90 West Broadway at Chambers. Featuring more than 100 ornaments by over 60 artists, each ornament is a one-of-a-kind creation that, whether overtly political or more traditional, was created to support the defense of free speech and expression during a period when the arts are under renewed attack.

ARC ATHLETICS TOY DRIVE
ARC Athletics will host a toy drive for Toys for Tots tomorrow, Saturday, from 2 to 4 at Bar 135, 135 Reade. Bring a new, unwrapped toy.

HOLIDAY MARKET AT ISABEL SULLIVAN GALLERY
Isabel Sullivan Gallery will host a holiday market starting tomorrow called ONNI — the Finnish word for contentment — which will be a part pop-up, part design fair and part art exhibit, all with a Nordic aesthetic. A quarter of the objects are from Finland, including wooden modem covers, dollhouse-style clocks, glass popsicles. The market is curated by Sullivan, who spends much of her time in Helsinki, and Lin Tyrpien of Lyle Gallery. Through December 30, though closed December 24-26; hours are 11a to 6p, 39 Lispenard.

MODERN BAGEL LOOKS READY TO OPEN
Modern Bread & Bagel, the quick-service gluten free bagel shop that always has a line, said today that they are preparing to open by the end of December or the start of January. (Thanks to A. and J. for the shots.) They have taken the space in the Sonder hotel building on the southwest corner of Duane and Church — which has since closed.
