Merlette Tribeca, the fashion brand that opened this year on Jay, will be open to the public for one day only on Friday, December 12, from noon to 6p. The showroom will be stocked with all sizes just like a store.

MAKING ART IN TRIBECA OVER FIVE DECADES
Filmmaker Joshua Charow, who has made a series of short films profiling artists, many of whom live in Tribeca, has done it again. This one is more of a love story — two artists who have been in the neighborhood and together since the 1970s.

NEW DENTIST ON CHAMBERS
Dr. Alex Bae has opened a pediatric and adult dental practice on Chambers. Born and raised in Southeast Michigan, Dr. Bae earned his bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College and his doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy. He completed his residency at Denver Health. TOP DEAL THIS WEEK
The Real Deal noted that the top residential deal recorded this week was $21 million for a 3200-square-foot condominium unit at 70 Vestry. The unit last sold in 2023 for $15.5 million.
