It’s nice to have the lights on again at this prominent corner. Wells Fargo, which took the space in 90 West Broadway on the southwest corner with Chambers in March, just opened its doors last week. Not the biggest news, but I for one am very happy to have a tenant there.

I also got word that there’s a bank coming to the northwest corner of Broadway and Chambers so it seemed like a good time for a bank roundup!
