Cricket’s Candy Creations, which was founded in the pandemic by Tribecan and food educator Cricket Azima, has moved into the Fashion Squad School space on Warren between Church and Broadway. (Thanks to S. for the heads up.) The two businesses will be operating separately, but will offer some collaborative workshops and party add-ons.

Cricket was first at 200 Hudson, and moved in 2024 to Chambers and Greenwich.

Fashion Squad School was founded by Tribecan and fashion designer Layana Aguilar in a spare unit in her building just as the pandemic started. She expanded into a retail space at 55 Warren in 2021, then took her current studio at 18 Warren in 2023. (She took over the former Wall Street Humidor, which closed in 2018 after 32 years at at that spot.)
