JAY’S PIZZA COMING IN FEBRUARY
I heard back from Jason at Jay’s Pizza and he said they are targeting a February opening, pending final permits and city inspections. This is their first pizzeria in NYC. More soon.

MALIBU FARM HAS CLOSED ON PIER 17
Malibu Farm, which opened on Pier 17 in 2019, closed permanently on January 9. (Thanks to B. for the heads up.) I never did write it up even though I went a few times. LUNAR NEW YEAR PARADE IS MARCH 1
This was on my mind, even though I am way early: The Lunar New Year Parade in Chinatown will take place on Sunday, March 1, around 2p starting at Mott and Canal and ending near Sara D. Roosevelt Park.
