TOBY’S ESTATE IS OPEN AT 310 GREENWICH
Toby’s Estate, the popular coffee shop out of Australia, has opened in a beautiful space at 310 Greenwich. More tomorrow when I can get to all the pics.

ALO HAS TAKEN THE FERRAGAMO SPACE
The athletic gear shop Alo already has signs up in the former Ferragamo space in Brookfield Place. Ferragamo closed a week or so ago. (They are seeking a store manager, FYI.) They have six other stores in the city. Thanks to A. for the shot.

A LITTLE UPDATE FROM JAY’S PIZZA
I checked in with Jason, who is opening Jay’s Pizza on Chambers this month, to see if he had any other shops in the city, and while he has not, he did graduate from the French Culinary Institute in Soho (it has now merged with the Institute of Culinary Education in BPC) and has been making pizza for more than 20 years. More TK when they open.

SEEKING PROFESSIONAL WOMEN PHOTOGRAPHERS
Professional Women Photographers is seeking submissions of cell phone photographs through today from women and non-binary artists for Small Works, a juried exhibition presented in celebration of the organization’s 50th Anniversary. Selected works will be exhibited in a grid format at The Breezeway at BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center from March 8–21, 2026.
