SABRINA CARPENTER AT 108 LEONARD
I had just heard about this recently and here it is in Hello! Sabrina Carpenter, who rented at the Seaport for years, now has taken a place at 108 Leonard, the Clocktower Building. According to Hello!, “the “Espresso” singer’s 2,910-square-foot abode features a private elevator, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, four private terraces, plus an additional 973 square feet of outdoor space.”

THIS OLD SEA-BISCUIT FACTORY
New York Magazine has the coolest loft peeping at the Seaport, where the poet Paul Muldoon and the novelist Jean Hanff Korelitz live in an 1860s sea biscuit factory.

AMAZON MICROHUB FOR SEAPORT
The Broadsheet reports that Community Board 1 asked the Department of Transportation to reconsider an Amazon microhub for final-mile deliveries on South Street between Fulton and John.

TRASH FIRE IN INDEPENDENCE PLAZA
The Tribeca Trib reported that a fire broke out in the trash compactor at 80 N. Moore last week, filling the upper floors with smoke and evacuating tenants.
