Nomad Sandwiches, which is relocating from its current spot in Hudson Square, is now open in the former deli space at 179 Church between Duane and Reade. More soon when I stop by.
LOFTIE CLOCKS OPENS ITS OFFICES FOR TWO DAYS
Loftie Clocks has its loft office at 315 Church at Lispenard and on February 26 and 27, from 10a to 5p, they are hosting a two-day sample sale of refurbished alarm clocks plus limited quantities of new clocks, lamps and accessories. All refurbished clocks are fully restored and tested. More info here.

AMERICAN PRESIDENTS IN NEW YORK
The Lower Manhattan Historical Association, cultureNOW and the National Park Service will host “American Presidents in New York” on Monday, February 16, from 2 to 4p, a symposium with keynote speaker Kenneth T. Jackson, Jacques Barzun Professor of History and the Social Sciences and Director of the Herbert H. Lehman Center for the Study of American History at Columbia University. Location: Federal Hall, 26 Wall Street. The event is free but registration is required. More info here.
