Tribecan Nili Lotan, who opened her second store on the north side of Duane Park in fall 2024 for her recent men’s collection, has converted that space for her denim collection. The store also has an espresso bar for shoppers, offering lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, etc, from the same beans as the coffee at Frenchette, Cafe Integral.

The store offers denim staples — seasonal denim will still be across the street at the shop Lotan opened in 2006. (This spot is the former Tokyo Bay space.) Her men’s collection — launched in 2023 — also has a rack there, and is a tribute to her longtime partner, musician David Broza.

“Denim has always been more than a piece in a wardrobe,” Lotan said in a press release. “It carries its own personality, its own attitude. When you choose a specific denim, it will communicate your attitude: ease, confidence, cool, and a quiet sense of rebellion.”
