AN UPDATE ON TWO DOWNTOWN SHELTERS
The Safe Haven shelter next to Peck Slip School was reopened by Mamdani; the shelter proposed for Beekman is coming in late 2027.

WARREN STREET HOTEL PLANS REJECTED BY CB1
The hotel has applied to the city for a variance to add a floor of residential and commercial space. But neighbors say they have not seen repairs from the initial construction.
