TOURS OPEN TO THE TOP OF 1 CENTRE
The city will start offering tours of 1 Centre — aka the David N. Dinkins Municipal Building — starting in June. The public will be able to book tours led by Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) staff through an online portal, with groups of six people departing from the NYC CityStore in the base of the building. The tour will go to the cupola, where there are now glass barriers installed for safety. The city already made an investment in the building’s lighting, which still gives me a kick,

JADED LONDON SOHO STORE OPENS
Jaded London, the Gen Z streetwear brand founded by siblings Jade and Grant Goulden in 2013, has opened a new store on Broadway and Howard, just north of Canal. Thanks to J. for the heads up. Hours are Monday to Sunday, 11a to 7p. They only have one other store — in LA.

FAMILY MOVIES AT BROOKFIELD
Brookfield Place will host Movies Under the Palms – a new, free film series running for two weekends only — April 24 and 25 and May 1 and 2. There will be FCFS seating, complimentary popcorn and treats from SmartSweets. The schedule: Hook | Friday, April 24, at 5p; Ratatouille | Saturday, April 25, at 1p; Annie | Friday, May 1, at 5p; The Wizard of Oz | Saturday, May 2, at 1p.
