[…] Current law does not require any local representatives on the Authority Board.”

Apartment 4H, a 2bed/3bath went up for sale at the exact same time, listed by the same broker. I’d bet money that this unit is also theirs, probably for guests or family or something and they’re unloading it as well.”

••• Opening March 3 at Art Projects International: “Art Projects International is pleased to announce MARKING 2: Drawings by Contemporary Artists from Asia on view from March 3 to April 30. The exhibition features drawings by nine contemporary artists whose approaches to drawings are as diverse as their backgrounds. The exhibition offers conceptual investigations, studies of abstract line and form, and imagery as varied as invading soldiers and floral patterns. I am equally distressed about Gywnn & Chris’ uncoupling of yet another apartment. Does this signal that Tribeca has officially jumped the shark and/or Canadian goose? Yes, I fear it does. I also fear that we might not ever fully comprehend the full magnitude of this loss until the Lord Jesus Christ Superstar himself returns to denounce the need for yet another unnecessary Tribeca Family Festival. So we may never know…
