I heard from a reader earlier today that One Medical Group is opening in the former Bond real estate office at 25 Hudson, and then Mojo Mike commented the same thing. So either it’s twice as likely to be true or one of them told the other. It sure seems likely, though, given One’s rapid expansion (seven locations in New York City and one in Cobble Hill on the way).
