••• At the very funky building under construction at 187 Franklin, you can see a bit of the white molding (not the right word but whatever) that’s under the brickwork.
••• The Soho location of Real Pilates is hosting a blood drive on August 2 (333 Hudson, 2-6:30 p.m.): “Throughout the summer, the New York Blood Center experiences a significant decrease in blood donations, while hospitals experience an increased need for blood transfusions. Blood donations are perishable, and can only be stored for a maximum of 42 days.”
••• The Cheryl Hazan Gallery on N. Moore will start being renovated at the end of August, but first, opening Aug. 4: “Summer in the City, an exhibition including new acquisitions hung alongside selections from the gallery’s inventory.
