••• “Pier 26’s planned estuarium education center may get a helping hand from the City University of New York through an interim environmental program proposed at a meeting of the Waterfront Committee of Community Board 1 on Monday evening. The program would be a collaboration of CUNY, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Hudson River Park Trust.
