The former smoke shop at 155 Chambers has a new tenant—Jupioca, the juice bar/bubble tea chain you might recognize from 113 Church (Murray/Park Place), where it already has an outpost. If the signage is any indication, it’ll also be serving some sort of fruit bowl.
