The 12-story building that developer Solil Management announced last year for 86 Warren (between W. Broadway and Greenwich), where a parking lot currently exists, seemed as if it might not be moving forward—until now. City Realty noticed that the plans by BKSK Architects have been approved by the Department of Buildings. The diagram below shows the massing and not the design (which remains unknown). The building will have 40 rental apartments and two retail spaces.
Presumably nothing much will happen until the Warren Street reconstruction has moved east, and there’s no telling when that will happen.
