In the new, family-friendly Tribeca, Halloween has become the biggest day of the year. “I’ve never seen so many kids and strollers in one place!” says TC photographer Asha Agnish, who was on the scene in Washington Market Park and on Greenwich Street. “There were so many parents with cameras, no one looked twice at me—except a certain celebrity mother, who kept giving me the stink eye.”
