Tribeca Art+Culture Night is this Thursday (6-9 p.m.), and you’re encouraged to come out and explore!
It’s a downtown arts festival that celebrates all things relating to arts, culture, and creativity, embracing the diversity of creative expression—drawing, design, crafts, dance, and more—and bringing the community together around a program of exhibitions, performances, talks, and workshops.
During this week’s event, you’ll be able to practice your drawing skills with artist Z Behl; take part in Jody Oberfelder’s “Audience for One” dance performance; enjoy a survey of Raul Guerrero’s works (Ortuzar Projects); listen to live jazz and classical performances on Sing for Hope pianos (Tribeca Park and Duane Park); revisit 20 years of design with R & Company’s retrospective exhibition; learn how to build a collection with Tribeca’s first contemporary art gallery, Hal Bromm Gallery; discover a one-time-only art performance by Samantha CC combined with an immersive art installation (The Untitled Space); learn how to Afro-dance with Dance in Tribeca; taste Japanese whiskies while building your survival skills (Best Made); explore eight artist’s studios (50 White St.); and so much more….
