WAS THE METER RUNNING?
A taxi was stolen off the corner of Murray and Church at 3 in the morning on Sunday, after the driver (pictured below in a selfie with the responding police officer) stepped out of the car for a moment. The thief was caught at Laight and the Westside Highway when he hit two cars stopped at a red light. –The New York Post
