Tribeca Art+Culture Night kicks off the summer with its 11th edition tour of neighborhood arts spaces on June 20 from 6 to 9.

This time there are more than 25 venues opening their doors late for the occasion: AIM at the Block Gallery, Bronx Museum of the Arts / Anita Rogers Gallery / Apexart / AQUA Studio / ARC – Archive of Contemporary Music / Art Projects International / Barney Savage Gallery / BM Franklin / Cheryl Hazan / Church Street School for Music and Art / Duane Park / Launch F18 / Leslie-Lohman Museum / New York Academy of Art / Pearl River Mart / Postmasters Gallery / Sapar Contemporary / Shirley Fiterman Art Center / Soho Photo Gallery / The Drawing Center / The Untitled Space / Twenty First Gallery / White Space / White Street Studio / Y2K Group.

The program includes exhibitions, performances, curator-led tours, walkthroughs, talks and workshops, and the event spotlights contemporary art, design, fashion, dance, music and crafts, as well as popular and less well-known locations in Tribeca (including spaces typically closed to the public). At each venue, attendees can interact directly with directors, curators and artists, who are present all evening to introduce their work.

Some highlights:

• 150 rarely seen drawings by Leipzig school artist Neo Rauch featured in the first ever US exhibition devoted to his works on paper (The Drawing Center)
• David Hockney’s C.P. Cavafy-inspired etchings and screening of his creative process in the film “Love’s Presentation” by James Scott (Anita Rogers Gallery)
• An exploration of the consequences of heavy customs control on artworks travelling in the Middle East with Art in Custody (apexart)
• The art of summer hat making (BM Franklin)
• Get transported by Church Street School’s incredibly talented pianists Kevin Bernstein and Yvonne Troxler on a Sing For Hope piano painted by Alpana Mittal “Têjaswini” (Duane Park)
• A Pride Month celebration with a mix of local #Stonewall50 exhibitions
• An exclusive Vogue Performance with the Legendary Monster LaBeija
• Performances by artist NIC Kay (various locations)
• The largest collection of vinyl in America with B. George (Archive of Contemporary Music | ARC)
• A live band performance by Susquehanna Industrial Tool & Die Co.
• A discussion with artist Pacifico Silano about print culture, circulation of imagery and LGBTQ Identity (AIM- The Bronx Museum of The Arts)
• The works of 12 different artists during White Street Open Studios (50 White St.)
• A crystal-based sound bath (AQUA Studio)
• Guided-tours led by Natalie Angles (executive director of Residency Unlimited), Rebecca Pristoop (artistic director of Art Connects) and independent curator Eva Mayhabal Davis from Spring Break Art Fair
