NEW PLANS AND NEW CDO FOR GOVERNORS
Crain’s reports that Christopher Tepper — a real estate exec formerly for Jamestown, among others, who helped develop Industry City — was brought in as chief development officer at the Trust for Governors Island, a newly created position. (though I am pretty sure this all goes through CB1) AND will help find uses for the historic district buildings as well. It’s basically the best job on the planet.

CITIBANK FINISHES ITS GLASS FACADE
NY Yimby says the glass panels on the Citibank building are complete, though they have looked finished to me for a while. They include a shot of the old building, which I had forgotten about.
