Kacee got it: This is on the top of FlashDancers Downtown, better known to me as New York Dolls. The building recently got a weird facelift, but this odd detail is left on top. Fun fact: when it came time to approve a liquor license for a Murray Street establishment at CB1 recently, the committee members praised New York Dolls as being the only business on the block for which they had not received complaints. It is also the only one they have permitted for 2 a.m.
