Where in (not) Tribeca?

While it’s fall, you can still find some lovely flowers blooming in the neighborhood. In all fairness, this is not Tribeca, but an easy and worthwhile stroll away.

Tribeca Lover is the winner. This is the entrance to 70 Pine. The lobby is also amazing, and anyone can stroll right in.
