RE: Trinity Commons….It is NOT the new school at 77 Greenwich. It is the new office tower built by Trinity Holdings (and connected to Trinity Church via the bridge) at 74 Trinity. The new tower will have at its base a Community Center that will serve the neighborhood with classes, seminars, meeting rooms, etc. It will be a great addition to the neighborhood.
Thanks, Luis. Will correct!
The item notes Trinity Commons Y&Ed which means it will be a discussion of the community center programming and space for youth – not the office tower per se…
Looks like we finally might get a decent new Greek restaurant. The Greek is excellent, but we need more GOOD Greek food. Granted, this new one will be in the bowels of Battery Park City instead o Tribeca. I will take what I can get.
I really like Thalassa too.
I believe Thalassa allows dogs (service and non-service) and doesn’t allow children under 10. God knows where their hands and fingers have been.
