ACTION AT 312 GREENWICH?
We’ve got Van Leeuwen Ice Cream coming to 314 Greenwich, and I saw workers inside the corner space, which now has the window advertisements for Just Eggs on it. Here’s hoping one more space at IPN will get activated after these six (seven?) years of empty storefronts.

MARTE IS MANHATTAN DELEGATION CHAIR
There are 10 councilmembers on the Manhattan Delegation, and Christopher Marte and Chelsea rep Erik Bottcher were elected by their peers to co-chair. Also among the members: former chair of CB1 Julie Menin, who now lives on the Upper East Side, and former Borough President Gale Brewer, who won her old council seat on the UWS.

MAKE DUMPLINGS FOR THE NEW YEAR
This sounds like one of the more fun virtual events going: The Museum of Chinese in America will have chef and author Chris Cheung teach folks how to make dumplings drawn from his critically-acclaimed book “Damn Good Chinese Food: Dumplings, Egg Rolls, Bao Buns, Sesame Noodles, Roast Duck, Fried Rice, and More–50 Recipes Inspired by Life in Chinatown.” The recipe is a staple of Cheung’s Brooklyn restaurant East Wind Snack Shop.
