P. spotted this on a stroll through the neighborhood. Clue: it’s not always visible, but always ready for the next Nor’easter. Where is it?

…And that’s right: it’s in a taxpayer on the west side of Greenwich north of Vestry. Good eyeball!

    The garage on west side of Greenwich btw vestry and Desbrosses. Happened to get a peak yesterday.
