Gloria Gaynor will perform a full-length concert on May 25th
in Tribeca, and you are invited!
After several years of quite challenging construction work,
131 – 135 Duane Street is finally getting ready!

The building includes 8 high-end rental lofts, a superb restaurant (opening early 2023) and a penthouse. It is one of Tribeca’s best cast-iron buildings, which was renovated in close collaboration with New York’s landmark’s commission.

To celebrate the opening, we would like to invite you, our neighbors, to an opening party with a free concert!
