A TRULY TRIBECA CHRISTMAS
Tribecan Mariah Carey is offering fans a chance to celebrate Christmas in the neighborhood at her favorite spots: Nobu, Mr Chow and a cocktail hour on her rooftop at 90 Franklin. Her “Ultimate Holiday Experience” will also include tickets to her show at MSG and a stay at The Plaza. Follow the link to see more pics of her roof deck…
INTERLUDE HAS REOPENED INSIDE
The charming tea and coffee shop (among the best treats in the neighborhood: the malted chocolate chip cookies) on Hudson and Beach/Hubert has reopened its interior, with some Breuer chairs as an sharp addition. There’s still seating outside.
WHOLE FOODS CAFE IS OPEN UPSTAIRS
I think I am way late to this, but just noting here for those later than me: Whole Foods reopened their upstairs cafe. I thought it was just for employees, but everything but the play area and the window seats on the west seem to be back. (The former test kitchen is now an Amazon drop off location.)
FOR OGGLING ONLY
Some lucky duck custom ordered 25 of these amazing gingerbread barns, complete with lights and music and chocolate animals, from the masters at Duane Park Patisserie.
