SHRED DAY AT DUANE PARK
The Friends of Duane Park will host its annual Shred Day on Saturday, April 20, from 10a to 2p in honor of Earth Day. There will be a mobile shredder in Duane Park for free.

E-WASTE AND SHREDATHON ON FULTON
The Downtown Alliance will host its annual recycling and shredding event on Sunday, April 14, 10a to 2p, on Fulton Street between Ryders Alley and Cliff Street. There will be a mobile shredding truck for papers. Working and non-working electronics can be brought in for recycling, including computers, monitors, phones, routers, keyboards, TVs, VCRs, etc. See the full list here.

DOT ART COMMISSION FOR PARK ROW
NYC DOT Art is commissioning temporary site-responsive art for Beautifying the Park Row Connection to Chinatown. Artists are invited to submit past work examples in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an opportunity to be selected to develop and install temporary site-responsive art at sites designated by NYC DOT in mediums including asphalt art, barrier beautification, fence interventions, and digital illustration for aluminum signage.
