J. sent a note that her friend, part of the classical ensemble Trio Fadolín (below), will be playing for free at the NYC PAC this Saturday, July 27, from 1 to 1:45p at the top of the staircase of the Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center. A wonderful award for those of us in the city on a summer weekend.

The Sidewalk Sessions are Wednesday through Saturday through this weekend with 45 minute acoustic concerts Thursday and Friday at 4:45p. (I guess they have been going on all summer, but this was news to me!)

There are also free shows this summer on the Vartan and Clare Gregorian Stage in the PAC NYC lobby Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the evening, though times change each night, through August 10. See the schedule here.

The Family Programming Series will be back in September.
