FENCE ART AT WAGNER
Battery Park City has wrapped the construction around Wagner Park with two pieces of public art: Davina Hsu’s Blessing Transmission and Michelle Weinberg’s River Semaphore cover 1100 feet of construction fence along Battery Place.
