Sisters and Battery Park City residents Tanja and Natasa Plećaš, the the founders of the Tribeca-based demi-fine jewelry line called PLEĆAŠ, will be in residence at Laughing Man today through Sunday, Nov. 17, 8a to 6p. DOWNTOWN DIWALI IN BATTERY PARK CITY
