More soon when they are fully open, but for now, Baseball Pill, a batting cage facility, has opened on Church just south of Chambers. The business was founded by the same owners as Bliss Bowl and Yorganic. (So you know, the “pill” is the core of a baseball, which is a small ball of cork surrounded by two thin layers of rubber.)
They are open now but not yet with set hours for the public. They have league games going from 5 to 8p and they are serving the local little leagues as well as hosting birthday parties. Lane rentals are also available.
The entrance is at 140 Church, and at the ground level they are building out a juice bar, which they hope to have ready in December. Then you go down one floor by elevator or stairs to the baseball part: two batting cages, a viewing area and a room for parties. Looks like a lot of fun!
This is a great space and our son loves their sessions!
May as well install a cot, my son lives here now.
This place is a treasure in the neighborhood. My kids LOVE it there.
