ADULT CRAFTING CLASS FOR CHARITY
The Craft Studio owner Lindsey Peers will host an adult crafting class and discussion on Tuesday, February 3, from 6:30 to 8p at the studio at 176 Duane. Join Lindsey and a panel of her friends to discuss the juggling act that is motherhood today. All proceeds will be donated to Every Mother Counts. BLACK HISTORY MONTH COMEDY NIGHT
Battery Park City will host a Comedy Night for Black History Month on Thursday, Feb 26, from 7to 9p at 6 River Terrace. Headliner Phoebe Robinson leads a lineup featuring Jordan Carlos, Ayanna Dookie, Jourdain Fisher and Monroe Martin. Free but tickets are required for admission.
LUNAR NEW YEAR FAMILY FESTIVAL
The Museum of Chinese in American will host a Lunar New Year Family Festival on Saturday, February 21, in two sessions: 10a to 1p and 2p to 5p. There will be performances, demonstrations, food, and a lot more. Register here. Tickets are $10.
