24-HOUR GOLFING IN HUDSON SQUARE
Clubhouse, a semi-private, indoor golf experience designed for focused practice, casual rounds, instruction, has opened in Hudson Square at 77 Charlton. The facility is open 24/7 — which is more than we can say for the rest of this town! Each bay is bookable on demand, fully set up, and ready when you arrive. MAH-ZE-DAHR HAS CLOSED PERMANENTLY
Thanks to A. for the heads up: Mah-Ze-Dahr bakery at Hudson Eats has closed permanently. It opened at the top of the escalators in March 2023.

EVENT SPACE IN 28 LIBERTY
I missed this press release from a while back, so catching up that there is a new event space called Halo at 28 Liberty. The space is 30,000 square feet and designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate up to 800 guests in its main room, with additional capacity in its adjoining concourse and the surrounding plaza, which can host up to 5,000 guests. What’s cool is the plaza has a view of the Noguchi garden. More info here.

FREE PILLOWS IN BOGARDUS
This is so odd! But a company called FluffCo is giving away 400 free pillows in Bogardus Plaza tomorrow. (There was another giveaway there today, from the design company OXO.) FluffCo will be there from 3 to 8p. The event will also feature a phone booth where New Yorkers can step inside to confess what’s keeping them up at night or scream into a pillow, with FluffCo collecting responses for a look at what’s keeping NYC awake. I hope Bogardus gets a big payout for these events!
