M. wrote to say the coffee offerings in the front of the store at Shinola are now being offered by Loveless Coffees, which has been roasting for about a decade and has another location in Brooklyn. The space had opened as Drip Coffee Makers last year this time.

ANTHROPIC LEASES OFFICE IN HUDSON SQUARE
In what the Times called the AI boom in New York, Anthropic, the company that produces Claude, has put a stake down in Hudson Square, taking a 16-story building that is 330 Hudson at Vandam. Read more about them here.
