PS 234 PARENTS RAISE FUNDS FOR TEACHER
The PS 234 community is raising funds for kindergarten teacher Aislinn Buckley, whose husband, Jared, passed away recently, leaving behind Aislinn and their 18-month-old daughter, Saorise Grace. So far folks have raised $84,000 with a goal of $90,000 on GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial burden for Aislinn. “Our hope is to provide support not just in these immediate days, but in the months and years ahead as Aislinn raises their daughter and begins to build a life around this unimaginable loss,” organizers said.
