Also: DNAinfo has an article on the ribbon-cutting and Broadsheet Daily found out some details about the Merchants Hospitality restaurant in the kiosk (article may not be online yet). This is going to sound bitchy—because it is, LOL!—but nothing Merchants has done in the past makes me want to eat there.

Court documents show that The Related Cos, which took over the buildings’ unsold units earlier this year, has agreed to work with the condo owners to build a more stable reserve fund and allow Rector Square to operate under its own board, relieving the project of its court-appointed receiver.” (Crain’s)
