Capucine, the cute-and-stylish womenswear and kids’ store at 20 Harrison, is closing in three weeks. Owner Capucine Vacher says she’s not sure whether she’ll keep the online business going; in the meantime, the shop is having a big sale, with savings of 25% to 75%. “I’m not having a liquidation sale at the end,” says Vacher. “I’ve lost enough money already!”
