Giorgio Deluca (of Dean &) opened Giorgione in 2001, when the West Soho neighborhood was a glimmer in developers’ eyes. It has remained effortlessly chic; this guide labels it as “more casual than fancy,” but the reality is that it’s a casual restaurant for fancy people. The food is Italian, with a raw bar and pizza oven to go along with pastas and traditional entrĂ©es. The room has changed little over the years, and yet it’s as stylish as it ever was. Weekends can get a little screechy.
