Armed with film clips and comedic insights, Meet The Lady host Tom Blunt leads an expedition into the dark heart of these portrayals, rounding up a entertainers and special guests along the way to offer their own unique spin on the subject.”

Part three of a three-part exhibit of Skowhegan alumni is at 92YTribeca: “The third installment will feature ‘Hum’ by David Hardy; ‘Fragmented–wall 3’ by Sophia Ainslie; ‘Da-sein No. 3’ and ‘Da-sein No. 4’ by Eun Woo Cho; ‘An eye for an eye’ by Ann Oren; and ‘They change position frequently and their cause is not completely understood’ by Amy Pryor.” (That last one may or may not be about the limes at Whole Foods.) In the meantime, you can see “Flare (or 8,000 feet of duct tape)” by Mary Carter Taub (pictured).

Mullen opened Boqueria in 2006 and his new restaurant, Tertulia, has garnered raves. His first cookbook—Hero Foods—will be published in April.”

“Rock and roll icon Ronnie Spector has announced the New York City debut of Beyond The Beehive, the theatrical production depicting her life story in monologue, images and song at the City Winery, July 6, 14, 20 and 27. The 90-minute multi-media production of Beyond The Beehive will chronicle Ronnie’s fascinating 50-year journey through Rock and Roll with stories, video and still images, as well as upwards of ten live songs backed by her full band.”
