Each week, a new pair of Top Chefs will be on-site to execute a creative menu as well as interact with the restaurant guests.” It’s open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from Oct. 16 through Nov. 18, and the website has an OpenTable interface, although I couldn’t get any available reservation times to show up. And then I saw the pricing and I figured I’d rather eat at Corton: “Four-Course Prix Fixe Menu $95, beverage, tax and service charge not included. Four-Course Prix Fixe Menu with Wine Pairings $125, tax and service charge not included.”

But wait, there’s more! “Enjoy an eight-course Top Chef Kitchen tasting menu along with expertly chosen wine pairings. Chef’s Table Pricing: $250 (tax and service charge included). The Chef’s Table is a communal experience for parties of fewer than 8 guests.”

UPDATE: Eater says it’s sold out, but my bet would be that lots of last-minute tables will open up once people who live elsewhere realize they have to actually come to New York.
